As-Built BIM

We have a dedicated team of BIM Engineers and BIM Architects that generate 3D models after the construction is chat is completed. The developed model acts a centralized source of information for multiple stakeholders which helps them reveal hidden details. We use Laser-scanning technology to produce data which goes in to model the structure.

Scan to BIM

Scan to BIM is an evolutionary technology that TekSys has been leveraging to cater to its clients. Our clients use this service most useful, especially in case of a redevelopment or retrofitting of old structures. Quick and accurate output can be achieved using Scan to BIM technology.

Facility Management
