Mahadeo Nalawade is the Promoter and Director of Teksys Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., bringing with him more than three decades of leadership experience in construction, real estate development, infrastructure, and project execution. Over the years, he has built deep expertise across the complete project lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, budgeting, contracts, execution, quality control, stakeholder management, and delivery.
His strong academic and professional foundation reflects both technical depth and strategic capability. He holds an M.Tech in Construction Management & Engineering, an MBA in International Business, an LLB, a Diploma in Civil Engineering, and is also a PMP (Project Management Professional) certified professional. This multidisciplinary background enables him to combine engineering understanding, management thinking, legal awareness, and project governance into a practical leadership approach.
Across his long professional journey, he has held senior leadership roles in reputed organizations and has successfully contributed to residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, infrastructure, and township developments. His experience ranges from execution of large-scale building projects to management of complex, multi-stakeholder developments requiring strong coordination, quality discipline, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.
After spending decades understanding the realities and challenges of the construction sector from the ground level, he recognized the growing need for practical and industry-relevant digital systems. This vision led to the creation and growth of Teksys Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. as a platform for delivering focused technology solutions to the construction and project-driven ecosystem.
Under his leadership, Teksys is developing specialized platforms such as TeksysDPR, TeksysERP, and TeksysBIM to help real estate developers, EPC companies, infrastructure teams, consultants, and project organizations improve planning, reporting, execution visibility, business process control, and design intelligence.
