Mahadeo Nalawade is the Promoter and Director of Teksys Enterprises (P) Ltd., bringing over three decades of leadership experience across construction, real estate development, infrastructure, and project execution. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise across the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, budgeting, contracts, execution, quality management, stakeholder coordination, and successful project delivery.
He holds an M.Tech in Construction Management & Engineering, an MBA in International Business, an LLB, and is also a PMP (Project Management Professional) certified professional. This rare combination of technical knowledge, management insight, and legal understanding gives him a well-rounded perspective on the complexities of modern project delivery and business leadership.
Over the years, he has held senior leadership positions in reputed organizations and has contributed to a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, infrastructure, and township developments. His experience spans both on-ground execution and strategic project leadership, with a strong focus on quality, coordination, compliance, efficiency, and timely completion.
With decades of firsthand exposure to the practical challenges faced by the construction industry, he identified a clear need for digital systems that are not only technologically advanced but also deeply aligned with real project workflows. This vision led to the establishment and growth of Teksys Enterprises (P) Ltd. as a company focused on delivering practical, industry-specific technology for the construction and project-driven ecosystem.
Under his leadership, Teksys is building Teksys Construction ERP — one modular platform whose first offering, TeksysDPR, empowers real estate developers, EPC companies, infrastructure teams, consultants and project organizations with better planning, reporting and execution visibility, and which expands progressively into complete ERP, quality management and BIM-based cost intelligence.
He believes that the future of construction lies in practical digital transformation, where technology is shaped not only by software capability, but by a deep understanding of how projects are actually planned, executed, monitored, and delivered.
